3. Intellectual Property
All code, architectures, systems, and deliverables produced for client projects under a signed agreement transfer IP rights to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the MSA. SinhaX AI retains rights to generic tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed independently.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to upload harmful scripts, spam contact fields, reverse engineer the website layouts, scrape our content via automated tools, or perform any actions that cause excessive load on our servers. Violations may result in immediate access restriction and legal action.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
